Do my subcontractors pay anything?
No. Their logins are free on both plans, and they don't count against your user seats — otherwise nobody would give them access, which is the part that makes this work.
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your side: admins and project managers. Basic includes one, Scale is unlimited. Subcontractor logins are separate and always free.
What happens at 4 subcontractors on Basic?
You'll be asked to upgrade at the moment you try to add the fourth. Decline and nothing changes — you keep your three and carry on.
What's the annual discount?
Annual is $990 — two months free against paying monthly, so $82.50 a month effective and $198 saved a year. Billed once, and you can switch to monthly at renewal.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes, and nothing is re-entered. Your subs, documents, jobs and work orders carry straight over the moment you switch.
What's the 5 jobs a month limit?
On Basic you can create five jobs per calendar month, each with as many trades and work orders as it needs. It resets on the 1st. Scale removes the cap.
Why is branding only on Scale?
On Basic your subs sign in through SubSub. On Scale they sign in at yourcompany.subsub.work with your logo on the page and on every work order — it reads as your system rather than a tool you bought.
